【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardestablishesaguidetotheuseandunderstandingoftheShewhartcontrolchartapproachtothemethodsforstatisticalcontrolofaprocess.ThisInternationalStandardislimitedtothetreat-mentofstatisticalprocesscontrolmethodsusingonlytheShewhartsystemofcharts.Somesupple-mentarymaterialthatisconsistentwiththeShewhartapproach,suchastheuseofwarninglimits,analysisoftrendpatternsandprocesscapa-bilityisbrieflyintroduced.Thereare,however,se-veralothertypesofcontrolchartprocedures,ageneraldescriptionofwhichcanbefoundinISO7870.
